Cross Train
Cross Train is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Each class combines functional movements, cardio, and strength exercises in a supportive, motivating environment. No matter your fitness level, you’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and ready for anything. Take your fitness to the next level! Our CrossTrain classes are designed for members who have completed Foundations Classes and are ready to challenge their strength, endurance, and overall athleticism.
Each session combines functional movements, strength training, cardio, and conditioning in a supportive, high-energy environment. Perfect for building confidence, improving performance, and taking your workouts beyond the basics.
Prerequisite: Completion of Foundations Classes required.
